Payments can be made in installments (see schedule below), and includes:

• Roundtrip airfare between Philadelphia International Airport and Mérida International Airport

• All lodgings

• Private transportation

• Guided tours

• All activities on the itinerary

• Breakfast and lunch. Lunch is served at approximately 2 to 3 pm in Mexico and is the heaviest meal of the day.

  *Please note, the price does not include the cost of transportation to and from Philadelphia. A carpool option may be available for an additional cost.

Pricing

$2,500 for double occupancy room, or $2,950 for single.

Installment Payment Schedule

A registration fee of $1,000 is required to reserve your spot. This is applied to the total cost. A second payment of $1,000 will be due by November 30th, and your remaining balance is due by December 31st.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel prior to December 31st, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.

If you decide to cancel after December 31st, the registration fee is not refundable.
